Maxime, a field agent, Elisa, involved in citizen bodies, and Chloé, a farmer, offer a glimpse into a territory where decisions are made collectively, sometimes slowly, but always with discussion at the heart of the process. Whether through water management, infrastructure renovation, or citizen participation, the transition unfolds step by step. This immersion highlights the complexity of the choices made and the coexistence of technical and natural solutions. The archetype is that of a negotiated territory, where participatory governance and compromise allow progress without radical transformation.
